Shipping policy

General Shipping

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct prior to confirming your order.

Orders will be processed and shipped out to the provided address within 5 - 10 business days from receipt of payment. All orders will be shipped out via USPS (U.S. Postal Service). I am currently a solo operation, it will take some time to process and ship orders, especially if a lot of orders comes through. I will do my very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping and packaging costs are determined by packing materials, weight and size of the purchased items, USPS standard post or priority mail rate, tracking (US Only), and destination.

$8 flat rate shipping on orders $75 or more. This excludes original artworks and apparel.

International Shipping

Packaging for Prints

Cards 5" x 7" will be shipped flat, bagged, in a rigid stay flat envelope.

Prints 8" x 10" and 9" x 12" will be shipped flat, bagged, in a rigid stay flat envelope with additional cardboard panel to help prevent bending.

Prints 11" x 14" to 12" x 18" will be shipped flat, bagged, in a rigid stay flat envelope with additional cardboard panel to help prevent bending.

Packaging for Pins and Stickers

Pins will be shipped bagged in bubble mailers.*

Stickers will be shipped bagged in a rigid stay flat envelope.*

*If pins and stickers are ordered together, they will be combined into a bubble mailer.

*If pins and stickers are ordered with prints, they will be packed together in one shipment.

Packaging for Original Artwork

Original artwork will only be shipped within the US due to the nature of the items and potential risk of damage or loss during international shipments. I highly recommend purchasing Route insurance to cover any loss or damage.

Original artwork - 5" x 7" will be shipped flat, bagged, in a rigid stay flat envelope.

Original artwork - 9" x 12" will be shipped in a rigid stay flat envelope with additional cardboard panel to help prevent bending.

Original artwork - 11" x 17" will be shipped flat, bagged, in a rigid stay flat envelope with additional cardboard panel to help prevent bending. Or it will be shipped in between several panels of cardboard for extra protection.

Apparel

Apparel will be shipped separately in a polybag. Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be shipped to you as they are made to order.

Damaged/Lost Packages

Due to the nature of artworks and because I am a one-person artist business, please order at your own risk. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to USPS, FedEX, UPS, DHL, and any other carrier that may be used.

If for some reason your shipment is damaged sometime during shipping, I will handle your claim personally if it is insured. Please take a picture BEFORE you open the parcel if you suspect that the parcel has been damaged in any way. Please e-mail the photos of the unopened, damaged package and the damaged item.

Shipping Insurance

Have peace of mind by covering your order with Route Insurance! It will be automatically applied to your order and can be removed in your cart before completing checkout. By paying a fraction of your order, you will be able to claim any damage or loss of your package through Route.
